I provide individual and couples therapy. Sessions are 50 minutes in length.

I offer a free phone consultation to discuss my fee and to ensure that we are a good match for therapy. The phone consultation typically takes about 15 minutes. If you have concerns about my fee, I will refer you to alternative providers whenever possible. 

 

I am an out-of-network provider, which means that I do not accept insurance directly but can provide you with the necessary documentation to submit to your insurance company for full or partial reimbursement of my fee. Many people have out-of-network benefits. I recommend that you contact your insurance company before starting treatment to inquire about your out-of-network benefits for psychotherapy. You may be happily surprised to learn that a large percentage of my fee is covered by your out-of-network benefits.
